The patient portal is a secure service used to enhance your experience at Shiva Medical Care Center. It can be used to help facilitate NON-EMERGENT communication with the staff. This service should NEVER be used for urgent or emergent matters. For emergent matters, always call 911 or go to your local emergency room.

Your user ID and password will be given to you by the staff during your appointment. Please keep this information in a secure location for future use as this information cannot be given out over the phone.

The patient portal allows you to access labs or other reports if released by your provider as well as many other services.

The patient portal is one of our primary methods of alerting you to normal blood work or results; therefore, please keep your email address updated within our system.

Please do not ask for specific medical advice or request appointments through the patient portal as it will NOT be addressed.
